It is expected that all swimmers will attend practice at their allotted time. During practice, swimmers will listen to the coaches and follow instructions. They will refrain from horseplay, rude and/or disruptive behavior, and excessive talking. Swimmers are expected to use the bathroom before practice and keep bathroom breaks to a minimum. Swimmers who are disruptive to practice will be asked to remove themselves from the pool area. Swimmers should wear suitable swimsuits for practice and should refrain from chewing gum.
